Thajudeen is a magnificent residence located in the beautiful countryside of Thrithala, Palakkad District, Kerala. It is an architectural marvel that has won praise and praise. His two siblings also live near his home. However, Thajudeen's house is unique, known for its outstanding design and stunning facilities. The structure is designed in tropical traditional style to adapt to the unique weather pattern of Kerala where there is a lot of rain and sunlight throughout the year. Interestingly, this gorgeous residence was selected as the runner-up for the best design in the Southern District Excellence Award by the Indian Society of Interior Designers (IIID).

This land is a wasteland with no greenery. This plot now has beautiful and lush green landscapes and gardens, as well as a stylish structure, which is indeed an amazing feat. The plot is located below the road level, with rice fields on the back. The design of this house fits the unique layout of the plot. The owner wanted a single-storey structure with all the facilities and comforts of a double-storey house.

This magnificent mansion covers an area of 5,700 square feet, with formal and family living areas, dining areas, courtyards, parliament, kitchen with adjacent work areas, and four bedrooms.

The walls are made of laterite stone. Red clay brick cladding has been used as an attractive designer element in many places. A tiled GI truss roof is installed above the flat roof. The space between the roofs is used as a spacious multifunctional area.

Due to the single-story structure, the internal space is divided into public areas, semi-public areas and private areas. The door sitting outside leads to a corridor. The internal areas are arranged on both sides of this corridor. An elegant shelf acts as a semi-barrier separating the living and dining areas. Interestingly, there is also a TV unit on the other side of the shelf.

The dining area is the soul of the house. It has a cool swimming pool on one side and a charming green courtyard on the other. The floor of the courtyard is paved with shiny white pebbles. At the same time, the grille has been fixed on the roof here as an additional safety measure. The vines that grew from the yard also spread to these grilles, making it look like a charming and pleasant green canopy.

The infinity pool is definitely the highlight of this house. Sliding glass doors connect the pool area with the dining area. The water in the swimming pool cools down before the breeze enters the house through this sliding glass door.

Teak has been used to make all important doors and windows. At the same time, the sliding door is made of UPVC. The floor of this house is covered with vitrified tiles of various textures. Most of the furniture is custom made to match the overall theme of the house. The interior is decorated with veneer plywood.

The dining area and storage room kitchen adopt a semi-open design. In addition, the main kitchen has a working kitchen and a working area. The cabinets here are made of plywood and decorated with finishes. At the same time, the countertop has been paved in nano white. The kitchen has a door leading to the pool area.

Family members want the bedroom to be a private space with all the facilities. Therefore, at the end of the corridor where the four bedrooms are arranged, a private area is specially separated. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and dressing room. Interestingly, bay windows are also arranged in the bedroom, where you can relax and enjoy the view.

The family is proud that they have turned the barren land into a green space full of vitality and positive atmosphere. Their relatives and friends are attracted by the gorgeous design and stunning atmosphere. This magnificent residence that celebrates nature through innovative design has now become a major local landmark.
