HP Omen 16 is now available in India! Hewlett-Packard released its latest gaming laptop, equipped with 11th generation Intel processors and NVIDIA RTX 30 series GPUs. The biggest selling point of this laptop is its 16.1-inch display, which is larger than other 15/14-inch gaming laptops at the same price. The HP Omen 16 gaming laptop starts at $139,990. HP Omen 16 is already on sale in HP retail stores and online stores. According to HP, components of the new Omen device, such as recycled aluminum stamped covers, are made of marine plastic that is recycled post-consumer. The HP Omen 16 is a new member of the Omen gaming laptop series, equipped with a 16.1-inch QHD display, 165Hz refresh rate and 100% SRGB color gamut. There is also an FHD display with a refresh rate of 144hz. Notebook computers can be equipped with up to 11th generation processors.

Home / Laptop / News / Windows 11 taskbar, start menu get some upgrades: find all relevant information here. Windows 11: You either like it or hate it. Since its release in October, the operating system’s response to its aesthetic changes has been mixed, including the controversial taskbar and the new "Start" menu. Both of these elements have now undergone some changes in the current developer version. No, you still can't drag and drop files to the application on the taskbar, but these changes bring hope.

For graphics, HP allows users to configure NVIDIA RTX 3070 GPUs with up to 8GB of video memory. The lower version comes with the NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card option. The laptop is equipped with up to 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen 4×4 SSD storage. HP stated that this setup allows the laptop to play modern AAA games at 1080p and 60 fps. HP has upgraded the battery size from the previous model. The company claims that its 83Whr battery can guarantee up to 9 hours of endurance on a single charge (obviously not during gaming). HP has also upgraded the cooling system with larger fan blades to lower the temperature when playing games for a long time.

The first change is about the taskbar itself. In Windows 11, Microsoft limited the ability to display date and time widgets on multiple monitors. The new version now allows users to display date and time widgets on multiple monitors, just like Windows 10. Want to know why Microsoft only removed it in a few versions? Together with the taskbar, the Windows 11 start menu has also been adjusted to improve its usability. Users will be able to choose whether they want to see more fixed applications or more recommended applications on the "Start" menu. Currently, users see that the "Start" menu is divided into two halves, which contain fixed applications and recommended applications and files based on usage. Microsoft is also slowly phasing out the old control panel to support the new settings application. "We have moved advanced sharing settings (such as network discovery, file and printer sharing, and public folder sharing) to a new page in the "Settings" app under "Advanced Network Settings"," said Amanda Langowski, head of the Microsoft Windows Insider program Say.

Although these changes make Windows 11 more accessible, Microsoft has not yet addressed a more common concern among PC users-drag-and-drop functionality on taskbar applications. This exists in the Windows 10 version, and for current reasons, Microsoft has decided to remove it along with Windows 11. Multitasking users have been struggling to adapt to this limitation.
