Dickens contacted Hidayath by phone and asked the designer if he could build a "photocopy" of his house in Mananthavady, Wayanad. Mananthavady is about three and a half hours away from Malapuram. Therefore, Hidayat hesitated at the beginning. However, he said "yes" because he realized that Dickens was really serious.

The house is located on a 10-cent lot in Mananthavady. Interestingly, the client completely trusted the designer during the preparation of the plan and construction. The project was completed in just ten months, overcoming the difficulties during the blockade. Dickens supervised the construction mainly through video calls and messages. The owner saw his house for the first time when he flew to Kerala to celebrate the warming ceremony of his brand new house.

Not only the facade or the appearance of the interior space, the two houses also have similar facilities. This stunning residence is designed to measure 1500 square feet, with a lounge area, formal and family living areas, dining area, kitchen with work area and two bedrooms.

The tranquil charm of white tones is the highlight of Hidayath House. The house also follows the same color taste. The floor here is covered with white Evergreen. At the same time, finished wooden tiles have been used to separate areas.

The walls painted with terracotta highlighter are a striking feature of the Hidayath house. Dickens repeated the same thing in his home. Customized furniture built to size fits the overall theme of the house very well. In both houses, you can see the design of the dining table with benches on both sides.

The construction of the Dickens house, including structure and furniture, was completed with a reasonable budget of 2.6 million rupees. The family celebrated the warming ceremony in the last week of October and moved into their dream residence. Dickens and his family are happy that their house is as they thought. There have been instances of copying the exterior design of other houses. However, not only reinventing the interior or exterior design, but even the design of furniture is really rare.

Among the many factors that help control expenditures, limiting the use of wood for furniture has played a vital role. Only the front and back doors are made of wood. The rest of the doors in the house are readily available. Instead of wooden doors and window frames, aluminum manufacturing has been completed. The house looks like it has been perfectly painted with expensive lotion. However, both the exterior and interior walls were only coated with a layer of primer.
